The Bougie Punk Society, is a monthly art membership created by Canadian fine artist Sara Leger for people who appreciate beautiful things, irreverent humour, and the occasional well-placed profanity.
Each month, members receive collectible artwork, original Society correspondence, and a little mischief delivered directly to their mailbox.
Think fine art meets an eccentric Victorian social club, with considerably fewer rules and far more questionable opinions.
No meetings. No dress code. No requirement to actually socialize.
Just art, correspondence, and a rather excellent excuse to check the mail.

The Story Behind the Bougie Punk Society
I’m Sara Leger, a Canadian fine artist and illustrator, based in South Glengarry, Ontario, working in oils and mixed media. I’ve always believed art should have personality, spark conversation, and occasionally offend polite society.
Living in rural Ontario, I’ve come to appreciate the pleasure of connecting with like-minded people, even when we’re miles apart. I wanted to create something that brought together my love of fine art, irreverent humour, and the simple pleasure of sharing something unexpected.
So I created the Bougie Punk Society. A way to share my artwork, encourage inappropriate laughter, and bring a little connection and mischief into people’s mailboxes, without the exhausting business of actually socializing.
A rather brilliant arrangement, if you ask me.

Where can I join the Bougie Punk Society?
Memberships are available through Snail Mail HQ, our subscription platform. Enrollment opens from the 1st to the 10th of each month, subject to availability. When the Society is full, you can join the waitlist for the next opening.
Can I give an art subscription as a gift?
Absolutely! The Bougie Punk Society offers one-month and three-month gift memberships. Each monthly edition is also designed to be kept, collected, or shared. Love it? Keep it. Not your cup of tea? Pass it along to someone who might appreciate it. We at the Society encourage spreading a little mischief wherever you go.

Yes! The Bougie Punk Society ships throughout Canada and the United States from Sara Leger Studio in South Glengarry, Ontario. Canadian postage is included in the CA$32 monthly art membership, with an additional CA$12 shipping charge for US members.
