Once upon a time, the same name – Cherry Bomb – adorned my gym in Lancaster, Ontario. Over nearly a decade, I owned and operated that space, fostering empowerment among women through strength training. COVID closed my doors but I rekindled my love for painting and dusted off my art degrees, diving headfirst into a full-blown career as an artist and gallery owner. That’s how Cherry Bomb Studio Gallery burst onto the scene – a place where I create art that empowers women to discover their unique, authentic voices.

WHAT’S THE SHOW?
Apples & Arts Studio Tour – September 23rd & 24th (10AM-4PM).
The Studio tour takes place over two days. The whole of South Glengarry, Cornwall and area’s artists open up their studios to the public. I will be opening the studio – Cherry Bomb Studio – 29 Railside rd., Lancaster ON.
It has been exciting to curate an exhibition in my studio with two other artists who sit just outside the “artistic normality” like myself. Sorry folks, I haven’t a single humdrum landscape, cow or flower on my wall. My birds, when I paint them, swear &$%@ and my ladies are always a little bit edgy 😏
